We’re excited to announce a groundbreaking development for the Hip Hop and R&B community in Malta!
The Culture, Hip Hop's first-ever labor force organization, is here! Its mission is to promote and secure the strongest protections for there members. We are rappers, singers, producers, songwriters, engineers, influencers, managers, DJs, musicians, radio hosts, dancers and other media creators. To promote and secure fair wages, fair royalties, and strong health and retirement benefits for all creators in the Hip Hop and R&B community.
As a key player in the Maltese music scene, 141 Records is proud to support and represent local artists, acting as the vital link between The Hip Hop Alliance and our talented roster of Hip Hop and R&B artists.
This partnership marks a significant step toward ensuring that creators are properly compensated, supported, and protected throughout their careers. Together, we’re working to build a future where the contributions of Hip Hop and R&B artists are recognized, valued, and sustained.
